Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup prunes, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 1/4 cup watermelon, cubed

Directions

  1. Stir chopped prunes with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into the cottage cheese. Top with prune/honey/cinnamon mixture.

You may want a bigger spoon.
