Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies cottage cheese
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp. honey

Directions

  1. Mash banana well with a fork.
  2. Gently stir in cottage cheese, honey, and walnuts until well mixed.
  3. Place in refrigerator to chill.

You may want a bigger spoon.
