Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies cottage cheese
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp. cake batter-flavored whey protein powder, or 1 tbsp. vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. butter extract
  • 2 crumbled vanilla wafers or
  • 1/2 tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients at high speed in a blender and top with crushed vanilla wafers or multicolored sprinkles.
