Ingredients

½ cup Friendship Dairies^® cottage cheese
3 ice cubes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tbsp. chia seeds
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp. chocolate whey protein powder
1 tbsp. agave syrup
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. turmeric
A pinch of nutmeg

Directions

Mix the chia seeds with water and place in the refrigerator to hydrate overnight.
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend at high speed. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
