Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon graham cracker, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. toasted pecans

Directions

  1. Mix 2 tbsp. cottage cheese with the brown sugar and the cinnamon.
  2. Swirl the cinnamon-sugar cottage cheese mixture into the plain cottage cheese bowl.
  3. Top with crushed cinnamon graham crackers and toasted pecans.

    Make it a smoothie: Place 3 ice cubes in a blender with 3/4 cup milk of your choice. Add the mix-in preparation and process until smooth.
