Ingredients

  • 1 cup Friendship Dairies 1% lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup crushed ice (use more or less to change consistency)
  • 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries or strawberries
  • 3 tbsp. honey

Directions

  1. Combine in a blender and blend until smooth.

Stretch before diving in.
