Ingredients

  • ¾ cup 4% Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup tarragon, chopped
  • 5 tbsp. chives, minced
  • 2 tbsp. green onion, minced
  • ¼ cup basil, chopped
  • 3 canned anchovies
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the herbs.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour before use.
