Chocolate Raspberry Power Mousse

  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp. chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. dark cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. dark chocolate pieces


  1. Mix the cottage cheese with the chocolate whey protein powder and the dark cacao powder and agave syrup.
  2. Top with the fresh raspberries and dark chocolate pieces.

    Make it a smoothie: Place 3 ice cubes in a blender with 3/4 cup milk of your choice. Add the mix-in preparation and process until smooth.
