Pineapple Melon Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup melon chunks (cantaloupe and honeydew are what I used)
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds (more or less to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Pour into a tall glass, add straw and orange slice to garnish. Enjoy!
