  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Toss the diced apple in the maple syrup.
  2. Sprinkle on the pinch of salt.
  3. Add the cottage cheese and granola and stir to combine.
