Protein Power Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies cottage cheese
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. nut butter
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. tart cherries
  • 1/4 cup homemade granola

Directions

  1. Gently toss together the chopped apple, half of the orange juice, and cinnamon together.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the nut butter and remaining orange juice.
  3. Stir the apple/cinnamon/orange juice mixture into the cottage cheese. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Top with the nut butter/orange juice mixture.
