Sweet Potato Apple Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 cup Friendship Dairies cottage cheese
  • 1/4 small sweet potato, peeled and grated with a microplane grater
  • Maple syrup
  • 1/2 apple, core removed, sliced into matchsticks
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger


  1. After prepping the food, place the cottage cheese into a bowl and make a little indent into the top.
  2. Layer in the shredded sweet potato.
  3. Drizzle some maple syrup over.
  4. Stack up the apple matchsticks.
  5. Sprinkle the spice blend over all to your own taste.
  6. Give it another drizzle of maple syrup!
