Ingredients: ½ cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese; 3 ice cubes; 1 cup coconut milk beverage (So Delicious® Original or Silk® Original); 1 tbsp. dark cacao; 1 tbsp. raw sugar; ½ tsp. coconut extract; 1 tbsp. chocolate whey protein powder; 3 chocolate coconut caramel cookies crushed - reserve 1 tbsp. for topping OR; 2 graham crackers crushed - reserve 1 tbsp. for topping; 1 tbsp. caramel sauce

1 tbsp. chocolate whey protein powder
3 chocolate coconut caramel cookies crushed - reserve 1 tbsp. for topping OR
2 graham crackers crushed - reserve 1 tbsp. for topping
1 tbsp. caramel sauce

Directions

Blend all ingredients at high speed in a blender and top with the reserved crumbled graham crackers and caramel sauce or the reserved 1 tbsp. crumbled cookies.
