Farmer Cheese

Ingredients

8 oz. Friendship Dairies^® farmer cheese
1 head garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tbsp. chopped tarragon
3 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut off the tip of the garlic head. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the garlic has softened.
Squeeze the garlic cloves and mash with a fork.
Mix the farmer cheese with the garlic puree, the parsley, chives and tarragon and the remaining 2 tbsp. olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the spread to a serving dish and refrigerate.
Serve with grilled bread and olive oil.
