Fiesta Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Friendship Dairies® sour cream
- ½ cup corn and black bean salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese blend
- Sliced black olives
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- In small pan mix beans and taco seasoning. Cook over medium heat until hot all the way through. Spread bean mixture in bottom of serving dish; set aside. In small bowl, prepare guacamole using avocados, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic and salt, mashing until smooth. Spread guacamole evenly over bean layer. Top with Friendship Dairies® sour cream then salsa. Sprinkle with cheese and olives. Garnish with lime peel and serve with tortilla chips.
