Ingredients
- ½ lb Beets, roasted and cleaned
- 1 – 15.5 oz can Cannellini Beans
- 1 C Friendship Cottage Cheese
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- In the bowl of a food processor, or a heavy-duty blender (the blender with give you a smoother product) add all the ingredients and process until smooth and you have reached a hummus like texture. Refrigerate before serving.
