Ingredients

  • 1 cup 4% Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. anchovy paste
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the Parmesan cheese into a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a blender or food processor combine the cottage cheese, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, anchovy paste, salt and pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into bowl and fold in Parmesan.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour before use.
