Ingredients

1 cup Friendship Dairies^® cottage cheese
1 avocado
4 tbsp. lime juice, divided
2 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 cup finely diced tomato
1/3 cup finely diced red onion
2 tbsp. finely diced jalapeño
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Drizzle of olive oil

Directions

Place the cottage cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. Gently mash the avocado with 2 tbsp. lime juice and hot sauce, season with salt.
Mix the creamed cottage cheese with the avocado mixture. Place in a serving dish and top with the diced vegetables and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil and the remaining 2 tbsp. lime juice.
